TERRIBLE!! SCAM!! DO NOT TRUST OF THEM!!I lost 1120 euros KLM canceled the our tickets we were zone 5 and they let us out they all boarded and we didn’t have time to verify it KLM wanted 500 euros per ticket to reactivate them. KLM sells your tickets and the agency keeps your money, they will not refund you anything. Their customer service is lousy, the English they speak is not understandable and calls are cut off.
