Superarbor

An update on Super Arbor now calling themselves Contractors Cosmo. I went through a long investigation with my credit card (Discover.) Discover sent me copies of the paperwork and responses from Super Arbor in which Super Arbor blatantly lied and, this is the worst part, Discover did not question or push back on any of their false assertions regarding attempts at refunds. Their advice to me was to go back through the “cancellation” process, not a “refund” process. Of course the cancellation incurs a 20% fee from the original order! Wow, what a scam, but I figured I’d at least get 80% back, and I contacted Super Arbor for the sixth or seventh time with a “cancellation” request. At this point it’s been over a year since the original order was placed. I received the following message on June 25, 2023:Hi William,This is an automated message to let you know that we’ve received your message. You will hear back from one of our customer agents in the next 3-5 Business days.Thank you for your patience!Super Arbor TeamIt’s July 17 and I haven’t heard another word until this afternoon when Trustpilot sends me an email suggesting that Contractors Cosmo is disputing my review!!This is the scam: Take order for product you don’t deliver. Ignore requests for refunds, lie to investigators, use bots and cheap phone operators to give the illusion of legitimacy. Dispute online reviews that try to warn others not to fall prey. Did I get that right?
