I booked a hotel for August 18,2023. When the confirmation came back it showed it to be a month off! We tried to contact Super.com immediately, within 5 minutes . They refused to correct the error because we had not paid the extra fee to allow change. I emailed them and even chatted with them to no avail! Super.com told me that they had booked through Expedia and Expedia said that the booking did not exist! Super.com still charged our credit card and we did not get what we had ordered. The hotel could not cancel because they said we had to go through Expedia to cancel and Expedia repeatedly said no such booking existed so there was nothing to cancel! We ordered the correct date, Super.com booked the wrong date! We received nothing for our $380.93 We ended up using another company and stayed the correct date in August .This company is a scammer !
