AVOID AT ALL COST!!!I have paid Super travel, for 2 nights hotel reservation for 26th&27th June, on the 21st June. I received from them a confirmation via email, also a text message as a reminder to check in at 3pm.When I went to check in on the 26th, there was no reservation on my name.I have sent 2 emails to the email address given by an agent, on their live chat. But no reply, no refund. They are under investigation now.Date of experience: 26 June 2023UPDATE!!!NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION ! I PROVIDED THEM WITH EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR!!THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
