Super Travel is not a legitimate company. I got stranded in MO because my car broke down as I was moving from MN to AZ. It was supposed to be fixed by a certain time but the parts provider gave me bad parts. I had to change my hotel dates, I called the hotel and it was okay to change the dates with them, but they said I had to change it through Super Travel. Super Travel says you can modify the dates on their website, but you can’t if the hotel doesn’t allow cancellations and this hotel does not allow cancellations (though they will allow a date change). I had no choice but to call Super Travel. They’ve kept me on hold for TWO HOURS AND 33 minutes so far. I made it through a 34 person cue, made it to position 1, they kicked my back to position 4 in the cue, and then the kicked me back to position 11 in the cue. This company forces you to call them then refuses to answer the phones. They will royally screw up any travel plans and make my travel crisis exponentially worse because they aren’t legitimate and cannot even do something as basic as answer phones. Super Travel is nothing but a time sucking scammer and they should be put out of business.
