Booked with Super, turns out the bookings are fake. Arrived at the hotel who advised Super is one of the worst third party booking agencies they deal with.My room wasn’t reserved, and infact didn’t even exist. Thankfully the hotel is highly reputable and made accommodation for me.Attempting to contact support for this issue via the methods available through help.super.com are a scam. It’s a chat bot. There are no support reps.Worst experience I’ve ever had. Is in my blacklist and will warn all my friends and family to not fall for the promise of a cheaper booking.Z—- do not recommend.Unless it’s a full refund, I’m not interested Super. I’ll just chargeback.
