Scam! While booking one night, the time turned from 11:59pm to 12am which then automatically put my book into the following day when i needed the booking for that night. I went on live chat 3 minutes later to make the correction. These scammers were unwilling to reschedule me no matter how much I explained the situation. I then booked another hotel without using these scammers. The next morning I found out that super.com did cancel my booking but super.com is still unwilling to give me my refund. I am still trying to get my refund with no result. Don’t book with them! Beware!
