I placed my order 3 weeks ago, no order number was provided with the order confirmation email. I had to email them and ask for an order number, which they provided. When I use the order they gave to track the order on their website, it says the order couldn’t be found. I asked that my order the cancelled and I be refunded…radio silence.DO NOT order from these people. They have poor customer service and order fulfillment processes. I have never received my order. Very unprofessionalUpdate #1: I believe the “hooray I received my order” comments on Instagram and here on this site are part of the scam. I don’t believe anyone has received anything.
