EI received a dress i ordered which had a broken strap and looked different from the photos. I have tried to return it through their return process but there is no return button on the page. I have tried to emailing them multiple times and have not received a reply. This is extremely disappointing, and makes me think it might be a scam as i paid good money for this dress
