I questioned the purchase via the chat and they provided responses from this site and fairly quickly. The scam was so legit that they were able to extract an Amazon Tracking number and so happened to be going to the same town but the wrong address. UPS can only provide so much information, but confirmed that it wasn’t what I was expecting or shipped to me. Now the frustration of reports and claims and no way to reach the site or their support.
