I cancelled my free trial immidiately after being charged and requested a refund back in January 2nd, it is not march 6th and did not receive any response from their support team even though I received a notification saying I will receive a refund within 5-10 business days if I did not download any documents after being charged. Still did not receive any money or any response. Felt like I got scammed entirely. Cancel free trial as soon as possible or else do not expect any refund.
