    Avoid them at any cost if at all possible. Difficult to work with and support is slow and don’t understand customers issues. Wish I never signed up. We process around 5 million a year and need to find a better option for field payments in Salesforce. Need to work through ACH processing or our customers. Support sends us some questions and they can’t even type correct questions. We reply. Then they want financials. OK we send them. Then we get another round of questions. We ask is this the last batch of questions. Then we get a fourth round of questions. They keep asking more and more questions 3-4 at a time. We ask can we just get a list of ALL your questions at one time. No results. Can’t get any where with them. We’ve been in business for over 30 years and never had a fraudulent ACH transaction, not one. We don’t sell online, most all transactions are in person or authorized with a form and voided check. They just don’t have a clue.
