I wanted a little tykes turtle sandbox for my 5 year old grandson. I have one in my backyard that his mother used 34 years ago. Amazon Walmart and Target didn’t have it in stock. Then I saw it for $34.05 at strictlymot. Since I have had good experiences buying online I ordered the gift. About an hour later something didn’t smell right so I cancelled the order. Drats, my bank gave paypal the $$ and needless to say no sandbox no tracking # no confirmation but they got my money. PayPal has no transaction in their files and after reading the reviews of this company I am kicking myself for not looking for reviews. When I buy something at Amazon I always check reviews and I think the sandbox was reviewed but the company is fraudulent. My husband has been spending time with the bank which released the $34.05 to PayPal but as I said PayPal has no record of either the order or my cancellation of same. The upshot is I have to get a new card to be safe altho no fake charges have appeared so far. The credit company will check things out but it might take a month. So I’m a dope like everyone else who reviewed this gang and I will cancel my PayPal account which I only opened for this transaction and if I venture anywhere but Amazon Walmart or Target I will check out Trustpilot. There are excellent sites for example The Pearl Source where I bought beautiful pearls and local stores. I sympathize with all the above reviewers and will be more careful in the future. Trust pilot is a worthwhile source.
