Starpets, you continue to respond to everyone about your technical difficulties regarding your bots in your severely broken english. We want actual answers not some stupid excuse saying you have no idea when your site will be fixed. You are a website that handles people’s hard earned cash and you are meant to be trustworthy but you are letting everyone down. We want our pets and we want them ASAP, if we cannot have them within the next few days, tell us when we can receive them. This seems to me like it’s a complete shutdown scam where you are going to wait to get as much money as possible out of your customers and then close the site without explanation. You seriously need to give us all a time frame as what you are doing is 100% unprofessional and just downright rude. I want to spend a large amount of money on this game when i next get paid but i also want to trust your site with my money and my time. I have already purchased £10 worth of low-tier neon legendaries (just for trading and downgrades in game) approximately 3 weeks ago!!! Sort yourselves out immediately.
