This is a complete scam and fraud. My daughter wanted a pet for her birthday which I bought for her. She has been trying to get it for 3 WEEKS and every time there was some timer or an issue. I tried contacting their support today – after telling me they don’t know how long these issues will last, they disconnected my chat. Twice! I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds at all. This is FRAUD, a SCAM. They were very good in collecting my money!!! I don’t recommend to ANYONE to use this scam, don’t let your kids talk you into putting money in this thing. Can’t believe I made a mistake into thinking this thing was any good! Shame on you for defrauding kids like this!!
