they neglect to tell you that if you sell your pets and you are from the uk/European countries you cannot access your money from your account. There is no way for me to get my money after trying to get help numerous times through live help system. Only options available to me are cashout with gamemoney/ecopayz which always fail transaction. They because you have tried to withdraw they mark your account for suspicious activity. Scams 😑
