on monday 3/6/23 i talked to an operator because they took the money off my gift card and didn’t give me the money. they said i would hear back in about 3 days and it’s been longer than that. i tried to contact another operator and it says operator is not available. i tried for 2 days and it didn’t work. i really want my money back OR my money on the site, i will escalate this to fraud if i don’t get my money back OR my money on the site. i’m kinda disappointed but other than that the site is ok, BUT a it’s glitching and i can’t join the bot but that’s roblox’s problem. I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO FRAUD IF I DONT GET MY MONEY ON THE SITE OR MONEY BACK
