Before anything else, I would like to advise to everybody viewing this that this site isn’t a scam. I am a reseller, and have received every single item that I have ordered, but, what I don’t like, is that at times it can take literal days to receive the item that I purchase. This site has constant issues. I understand that having all deliveries run by bots can bring in technical issues, but, when this happens, at least in my opinion, if I was running a similar site I would be having people manually completing orders until the issue is fixed. It is also quite irritating that whenever I try and contact support, it just leads me to the shltty live chat that tells me to contact the ‘operator’ after I ask a question, when literally every single option I try to use to contact support leads me back here.My issue is that I bought a pet that was labelled as ‘adult’ but after purchasing, it was labelled as ‘pre-teen’. I would have simply contacted support about this, but there is literally no option to do so. The only support option, as I said, is f**cing useless, it just tells me to contact the ‘operator’
