Stake is a non regulated Curacao casino, which got a casino license from there – but all people that have some more connection to gambling know, that curacao is a heaven for casinos that don’t want any regulations. They openly allow VPN accounts, to avoid restrictions, don’t ban german accounts (new users cant register from germany, except via vpn), even though under german law – it is forbidden to gamble there without any german regulation / license. So it is basically a fraud. I already contacted a lawyer, to agree a settlement with stake, even though I think – they will just ignore it and dont give a damn. From a players perspective, there are no regulations at all, verification is a joke and a non must have – they just advertise it to get higher bonus.
