Paid a security deposit for a property in London. Soon after the landlord cancelled the booking because they said they were double booked. They asked me to cancel the booking on the Spotahome website. When I did this the website said I would not get a refund. Have tried to contact Spotahome but very difficult to get hold of them even after you finally find a way to contact them. Now have no home booked and have less funds to use to find an alternative. I am really worried that I might have been scammed and might not find a home.
