I had issues contacting the landlord after sending my security deposit. While it did take around a month to sort this out, once the issue was given to Vanessa at SpotaHome she was able to get in contact with the landlord and assure me that I had not been scammed, and my booking was in fact confirmed – which was such a relief! Spotahome had a very professional approach and I am so glad that I had a third-party agency to help with communication between me and the landlord.
