Disastrous platform. Spotahome put forward a fraudulent ad supposedly “verified” even though the house was missing a room (no longer a living room but a room converted into a bedroom), the kitchen was empty (no utensils, the oven didn’t work and a microwave was only added two months after our arrival). No furniture in my room apart from a bed (although it was stated in the ad that there were supposed to be some). Spotahome does nothing despite complaints. On top of that, the tenant won’t return the deposit. We’ve been home for two months and Spotahome does nothing and doesn’t care (although the owner, like the property, was “checked” by Sportahome) . Avoid at all costs. The service is mediocre and Spotahome offers no guarantees of any significance.
