    Scams, unresponsive landlords, useless help center and old listings that nobody checks if are still available.I found a listing that says no maximum stay, so I ask for a stay of 9 months. The owner takes three weeks to say anything, and in the meantime I talk with the help center to see what is the problem. I specifically said that I am willing to stay shorter if that is the problem, and to let the landlord know that I am flexible in general. They assure me that the length of stay is not the problem.Two weeks later they reject my booking, saying that the duration was longer than they wanted. Spotahome did nothing to respond to me, wasted my time, and should enforce to landlords to be truthful in their listings. If you want only short stay, there is the option to put it on the listing. Maybe if I did not say I was Sudanese I could have gotten the place, because there is no other reason that the next person who tried to book should have been accepted over me. Lots of friends have had similar problems, and spotahome takes no liability for these problems. Absolute trash.
