Dont buy trial just because it say they have report on your search. I paid trial fee and received report saying no results found. Shame on such scam.Reply to customer care comment:Your business practice is unethical, aggressive and in Europe you would be fined due consumer right violation. Fact that you trick me in long-term expensive subscription which is very complicated to unsubscribe tells whole story how you care for customers. You got my 99 cents but you never get me as “beloved customer”. You are scammers in my eyes… Sorry! I would rather spend your customer service efforts in building business model which engage customers with dignity and fair explanation of product rather than fighting fire with avalanche of negative comments here.
