Same as everyone here, this company is a fraud, or just may need to fire all delivery people and start from scratch with new responsible accountable drivers who will need to refund costumers out of package when a delivery goes missing. Try n dispute the charge with your bank or credit card you use, I’m doing that with my bank now and I hope they can resolve the issue. Good luck everyone, to SPeedX you SUCK!!
