Unfortunately, this watch doesn’t work. On day one, the watch recorded some steps, but no steps beyond that. On day two, the screen stopped working and the battery was dead. I charged it, but after charging it, the screen still would not activate. If the button was pressed multiple times, it would flick on then immediately off.Last Tuesday, August 15, 2023, I sent in a return request due to a non-functioning smartwatch, and I have not yet heard back from the company. I have reached out to them a second time this week with no reply. I’m speculating that this business is a scam.
