Company is operating fraudulently, sending faulty and dangerous goods. Refusing to give refunds. Lies on their website indicating you can return and refund. Company has refused to cooperate and this so called Katy, is a nightmare to deal with. Please log a case with Action Fraud / raise a chargeback/ or take them to a small county court to claim back money since they’re defrauding everyone.
