Ordered and paid for Ninja air fryer 11/1/24 had confirmation email saying expected delivery 29/1/24. Tracking number said on way but it never turned up, still showing on way. No reply to emails or message left on phone number. Have just seen all the negative reviews so will contact bank to try and get money back. I did read reviews about the company but was for smart appliances uk which had some good reviews rather than smart appliances store. DO NOT USE obviously SCAM!!!!!
