Dear Team Facebook,I made a purchase through facebook page from a company called Econdite/Skylsinkte for $24.98 USD on 21st of February 2023. I received a recipt and tracking details after the payment was made. Details are attached.Deadline for the product to arrive was within two weeks from purchase date to sri Lanka.How ever i never received the parcel to this moment.I kept checking on email for arrival of product. Their consumer help centre tempt to neglect till i informed them that i will make a complain at FB. Afterwards they wanted me to wait on email. But it seems now that their email does not function.Final assumption is that they have operated a financial fraud on facebook platform and maintained to date. To date i see many products advertised on special prices under different company names on news-feed. I kept acknowledging in most casses on comments as I witnessed on FB newsfeed although there could be so many facebook users who could get caught to these scams. I look at the availability of providing rights to advertise products for such suppliers as offering, enencouraging and momotivating crimes on facebook.My demands are that please make arrangements for this supplier to re pay (reimburse) the full payment i have made to the supplier.Secondly, please do streamline these scams and prevent them from using your reputed platform for their personal interest.Thank you.
