I have not actually invested with this company. Reasons:1) I can find NOTHING about them on the internet.2) Their website states, “SkyDwellers LTD is registered in India and the UK, we have facilities in the US.SkyDwellers LTD’s US address: 15th floor, 444 Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90071, USASkyDwellers LTD UK address: The Shieling, Stormyhill Road, Portree, Isle Of Skye, IV51 9DLDirector: Mr Kelvin”> I have been UNABLE to verify ANY of the above info. There ARE registered companies at the UK address given, but they are NOT SkyDwellers. > The USA address for CA does exist, but appears to be an office building, and I cannot find SkyDwellers listed (not even Google Maps has it).> I cannot find SkyDwellers listed in the official records of the CA Secretary of State (where registered businesses are listed).> I cannot find SkyDwellers listed in Washington DC business listings (an address which they have published at the bottom of their website).> I cannot find SkyDwellers listed in the official business listings of India.SkyDwellers states here on TrustPilot, as a response to a bad review, that they are “regulated by the FCA” – this is a regulatory agency in the UK, and SkyDwellers is NOT listed there.I have emailed SkyDwellers; they responded rather quickly the first time. Part of my question to them: “I cannot find Skydwellers or Sky Dwellers in the UK Companies House Directory. How can I find information on your company?” Their response: “Our company is registered in the United States, and on our website, you can check out some testimonial videos from some of our investors.” I can find NO VIDEOS on their website, nor on YouTube.I emailed SkyDwellers again – I have NOT heard back.I left a question on their website chat form (which said they typically answer in 56 minutes), about where I can find any registration info for their company. I have NOT heard back from anyone. The domain name for SkyDwellers was created in April 2022. One should be able to find advertisements, press releases, Facebook page, Google presence – some form of marketing – on a successful company. There is NOTHING.I used a people locator online to try to find the people who have left positive reviews on SkyDwellers here on Trust Pilot – I cannot find any of them. The SkyDwellers website is attractive, and mostly well-written, and with the enormous ROI they promise, one would think they would bend over backwards to prove their legitimacy to a potential investor. They have not even tried.I did find a review of their website on Scam-Detector.com (which has been around since 2011), only after searching through Duck Duck Go (Google turned up nothing – which, in and of itself, is very suspicious, as SkyDwellers purports to have a very lucrative referral program). Scam-Detector concluded that SkyDwellers has an extremely low “trust” score of 26.8 out of 100. Scam-Detector has invited SkyDwellers to reach out if anything they have stated is inaccurate to set the record straight. To date, they have not responded.Based on my inability to find anything as expressed above, I can find no reason to tie up any money in this fund.
