I bought a ticket on March 2 to fly on March 21th. 1 day later I got an email saying they cannot complete my booking cause the airline doesn’t have that fair anymore. Paid $337 already on my credit card. They want to offer me another flight if I pay $60 more. Of course I declined and keep asking or my money back or keep the same flight that I purchased at first.It’s almost impossible to speak with an agent online, by phone or whatever.Funny story. They are still selling the same flights that they told me is sold out.I’m gonna raise a credit card fraud.Beware people, this company is not trustworthy.
