Bad experience. Randomly banned my account and agent is not helpful at all. They offered currency exchange transaction refund to my account and since my account is banned. I contacted the customer service for help on how to withdraw the remaining fund in my account.The agent requested for a bank statement and I sent her the bank statement as downloaded from my bank but she just constantly reject my request saying it’s insufficient. The bank statement that I sent was a legit document that I got from the bank. When I request for further information on what was insufficient on the document that I submitted but she was unable to answer me.It seems to be that they are basically trying to make it difficult to withdraw since I already have no access to my account. Maybe they didn’t even refund the fund to my account as stated. Nobody know. Seems more like a scam or bad customer service experience.If possible avoid and use alternate option.Sincerely my 5 cents above.
