I canceled the trial within a week yet was charged $79 anyway. Customer service was horrible despite my email proof of cancellation. I reported to my back and got the refund. Simple is STILL emailing me refusing acknowledge I canceled. It is bizarre. I’ve reported to as many places I can think… I’m not someone who writes reviews. THIS IS A SCAM. I can’t understand who would give this company five stars. Maybe it has changed hands over time, but they will take advantage of you. Read the 1 star reviews carefully.
