Scammed! Clicked on social media add, did not download app or sign into anything, £79.20 taken from my account. No response to email & when signing into app to request refund states ‘unlock for premium access’ so haven’t even got premium access!!Have emailed both care@ & help@ but no response and nothing in junk email either… reported to bank as fraudulent payment
