JUST A SCAM!!i stupidly decided to buy the silk on me set after seeing it on instagram without even checking the reviews, but IM SO GLAD I FOUND YOU GUYS BEFORE IT WAS TOO LATE. i sent a request for my subscription to be cancelled and my order to be refunded but, NOT TO MY SURPRISE, they didn’t reply the first time. i contacted my bank and COMPLETELY CHANGED ALL MY BANK DETAILS. it was only the second time i threatened to sue them and get my bank involved, that they replied and payed back my refund. then they had the audacity and the nerve to send an email asking WHY i wanted a refund and didn’t want to order from them, as though it wasn’t already obvious. to anyone thinking of buying from them, PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BANK DETAILS AND CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. lots of love x stay safe online lovelies 🤍
