Scam company – use untraceable shipping then blame the shipping company for product not arriving and refuse refunds. You have to email to unsubscribe so don’t know until the following month if they’ve unsubscribed you. They also change shipping costs each month with no warning. 1st order did arrive but after around 40 days and with no update, website says 21 days max delivery time. Products very cheap (price if not on the “subscription” circa £50 and items not worth more than £5) and then second order has been in transit since March this year. Refuse to engage or refund, although they did unsubscribe me when I asked. I think they are very good scam artists, buy all their Instagram comments if you look through them it’s only people tagging others and then comments from people being scammed. Real shame.
