I ordered a product from them on 4/8/23 that was meant to be a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I received an email on 4/16 that said the order was being shipped. I checked back a couple of weeks later and the order came up as “not found” when I clicked the tracking link they’d sent. So I emailed the support email they listed in their emails, which bounced back. I’ve since sent 2 messages via the contact form on their website. I’ve never received any confirmation that these messages were received nor any reply about my order. At this point, I assume this “company” is a totally scam and I’m filing a claim with my credit card company.
