In an email response recieved from Shop:”However, it’s important to note that while we strive to maintain a high standard for the stores featured on our platform, each store is independently responsible for the fulfillment of orders. Shop does not have any role in a store’s day-to-day operations, including order and payment processing.”So basically, take your chances in getting your orders fulfilled….just terrible!
