Shop pay allow someone from USA Florida to buy from kikzone the amount of £669.94 from my account on the 24/08/23. And plus they tried to purchase £239.12 and from another online store Valencia. When received text of authorization code about the purchase I re text them it’s not me but nothing happened. Someone added their address of 8372 NW 68TH ST Apt-29530 MIAMI FL 33166 and this allowed payment to go through. I never charged my contact information or ever visited Florida or allow my card detail to be taken by anyone. This is sad and unbelievable. This is a fraudulent transaction. I need a refund for these purchase.
