I have an active merchant complaint on Shop. Suppose to be resolved within 30 days. The merchant has not yet credit my card, or offered a return in shop points for an order that never shipped last spring (March). I’ve attempted several merchant contacts as instructed by Shop. I’m not confident I will ever get my refund of $160. It’s past the 60 day deadline to file a fraudulent charge on my visa. For now, I’ve halted using Shop for purchases, and will have to see if this transaction will resolve within 30 days when reported.
