I want to give a balance to the reviews as I’m sure people mostly do reviews who are upset. Firstly, 4.7 million people on Apple give the Shop app 4.8 out of 5 stars. I ordered a coat thru the app and got worries with these trust pilot reviews that I would be scammed. But I looked up the retailer (Fontana Sports) and they were legit. They had great email communication/updates with me and the item is beautiful and arrived on time. My suggestions is to look up the retailer when using Shop and just make sure they are legit and have good Google reviews.
