This company refunded all 5 monthly charges to my account within days of my speaking to an agent over the phone … very much to my delight. I thought I’d been scammed but no, not these guys. I still do not know quite how their sign-up managed to insert itself into my order process of an unrelated on-line item but I thank my stars these guys are responsive.
