It really is a complete scam. Purchased ticket through Ticketmaster and this appeared with through ticket master (no pop up). I made the foolish decision to think this was legit and now they have charged me $21 and no cashback. At no point do I remember seeing a subscription cost or that they were going to charge me. Just stay out of this website.
