It’s a scam. PERIOD! I signed up for the 7-day trial just to get the $15 rebate. (I intended to cancel it before they charged me the $19 monthly fee) They charge $3 to do this, which seemed fair, so I accepted. Then they asked for merchant’s name and total cost, which I did not have. When I asked thru chat if they needed this info, I was told they did and that I could only cancel AFTER the 7 days were up. That’s when the trial ends and I’m charged $19! Didn’t make sense, so they agreed to cancel my trial without the rebate and refunded my $3. JUST STAY AWAY!
