Half star option is not available otherwise they will get that. SHINE is a big scam. They even do not provide job option in any reputed firm… then how they will provide jobs for preffered location. They will just talk big at the time of taking money then they do nothing in benefit of candidate. They say that they have experts but i doubt what kind of experts…i think they have con experts.
