Products are decent, but the auto-sign up to the monthly membership at $4.99 per month is a scam. It is not overly clear that you will be signed up on a guest account purchase and it is very difficult to cancel DIY. If you have to chat cancel, there is a continuous upsell to stay in the club. I will never buy from Shapermint again as I find this a very shady method of selling and they are making a lot of money from people who unknowingly become members until this becomes obvious to customers months later.
