Servify

If I could rate lower than 1, I would.I had a cracked screen on my Samsung phone. I submitted a claim for repair. Paid my $99 and was given an appointment at our local uBreakiFix the same day. They called me back to say they can’t take any appointments from Servify as they have had problems being paid by them. I called Servify, who then said that the only option then was a replacement. They said they would have to close the first claim and refund the $99, then open the new claim and I’d have to pay the $99 again. The new phone would be shipped with 48 hours. One month later, multiple unanswered emails, and four phone calls, still no phone or refund. Each phone call has the promise that the phone will be shipped within 48 hours, and the refund would be processed immediately. Each phone call I made, I have been in a queue for 20 minutes minimum. Call me a fool, but I’m starting to believe that this is a scam. But surely Samsung would not being using a scam company to service their protection plan.
