Another auto-renewal scam victim here. This company’s policies and practices are predatory, to say the least. I have a longstanding practice of noting any subscription end or renewal dates in my calendar, with reminders to cancel. This wasn’t there, and I have never even used this app. Upon getting notification of the charge cia PayPal I immediately emailed Sensa to explain and request a refund. No dice. As others have shared, they are punitive and scammy in their billing practices. Run away!
