Was sceptical as the reviews were 50/50 between scams and good service. I wanted tickets for the Community Shield. SeatsNet were in constant communication with me via WhatsApp, I even called them after I purchased my ticket and they said it’ll be delivered upto 3 days before the match so I didn’t hold my breath. Got an email and whatsapp message about my tickets and followed the instructions to add the tickets to my wallet. Still nervous and got to Wembley, when the barcode was accepted and I went through it felt so surreal and I’m happy that everything worked out well, the only thing I’ll say is that there must be a reason why it doesn’t work for so many people and SeatsNet seem to be offering tickets that they don’t have. My experience was fine and I have no complaints, they even seemed proactive in messaging me and made my experience as a first time buyer worthwhile to watch Arsenal win the Community Shield.
