I bought two tickets for me and my 8 year old daughter to see Liverpool v Fulham (£441). Leading up to the game all emails I sent were replied to within a few hours which gave me confidence after reading the reviews. However, the Fulham game was postponed due to FA cup and I haven’t received a reply since. I have emailed asking what happens next, will I receive tickets when they do eventually play or do I get a refund – no reply! I was hoping this site wasn’t going to be a scam but after numerous emails asking for a refund the reviews are right – TOTAL SCAM! I would like a reply before I contact trading standards. I am not in a position to throw away £441. Order number 55857
